A BTS in Electronics and a Technology Degree in Commercialization Techniques, as well as vocational qualifications in cooking, in bakery and in catering. These are the credentials Marie-Thérèse brought with her when she went to the Élysée Palace to complete two internships with the head chef of the French Presidency. Nowadays, she wishes to “make a name for herself, with her own style” through her private chef activity.
